Default defrost/floor vents

I have recently noticed there is no difference when I select the defrost/floor and floor only on the dash.

I get air out of both the defrost vents and floor vents in both settings.

Is this the common door issue? or electrical?

The posts I read sound like they have to air to the floor.

May by door stuck in a different position???

Either it's the blend door, or the actuator running the blend door. I've replaced the actuator in my wife's van twice!

It looks like I have to get into the dash either way.

Do I need to remove more than the section behind the glove box.
