Default High pitch whistling noise Im confused

Well I have a high pitch whistling noise and I cant figure it out. It happens when I press half way down on the gas pedal. It only at the spot and it only happens when I am driving and when I try it in park or neutral it doesnt make that noise and it isnt at a certain RPM its only when I hit that one spot on the pedal but when I go alittle past or let up it goes away. It sounds like its coming from the front of the truck but its hard to figure it out when it only happens when I drive. I changed my filter thinking it was that but it wasnt then I rebuilt my CAI and still wasnt that. I am kind of thinking it might be from my throttle body? I took it off once and after awhile it made that noise so I dont know if it is that? I am so confused and this noise is suuuuuper annoying. Thank you for you time I really hope to get this fixed!

Yeah it sounds like the throttle body. Mine makes a high pitched whistle at certain rpms. The gasket on mine is sealed good so i've narrowed it down to it coming from inside the throttle body. I'm sure its the butterfly flap causing the whistle when its partly open under a load. I have yet to find a fix.

it might be an air leak. either from the throttle body somewhere or maybe a vacuum line leak.
