Look at a Powertrax unit. Haven't used one, but am thinking about putting one in for launching and loading the boat at those slick ramps.

If you bought yours new and still have the window sticker, or if you just remember, if it came with the anti spin differential option you allready have a limited slip/posi. thats just the dodge terminology for it.

limited slip = posi

I'm not too impressed with the powertrax - at least I think that's the one my buddy blew up twice in his 318 powered W100. The hemi makes a fair bit more power, so if that's the route you go, good luck.

A guy i know had one in his chevy and didn't care for it. He claimed it made some horrific noises when going down the road, and it didn't seem to engage/disengage like it should.[&:]

if you contact the dealership, with the last 9 of the VIN, they can tell you if it was factory equipped with LSD

Yeah, and in the same amount of time you can go out to your truck, pull it into the street and see if you can leave 2 marks on the pavement.

Although not as much fun as mopartodd's suggestion, you can look at the sticker in the glovebox.

Also although not the best system on the market you can get one of the factory Trac-lok systems off e-bay for between $50 and $200.

Once upon a time, Chrysler called their limited-slip "Sure Grip." How old is that (and me)! Yikes.

If given a chance, always get limited-slip. As for noises, etc... only if something is wrong.

All the best.
