Default JL Stealthbox in 2008 Ram

Hey guys, I am a new owner of a 2008 Dodge Ram Quad Cab and I'm having some issues picking the right sub box for under the rear seat. My last vehicle was a 2003 Durango, so I just had a JL 10w3 in a regular Q-Logic sealed box in the back-end. I have been looking at the JL Stealthbox, but I have one major concern. Does anyone know if it will require any cutting under the seat to make it fit?

He makes some good boxes that everyone loves. Ive got one in my truck but under the rear seats. He was talking on one of the other boards about his new box to go under the front seats.

Buddy of mine put it in, there is no cutting it is a direct fit, the only thing he did was drill a hole underneath the carpet so that the wires would be hidden...He loves it! I have had 2 12W3 in my old jetta..JL builds a quality sub I will say that..

I bought an obcon box that fits under the rear seats, no cutting required at all and it fits PERFECT.
