I actually got it checked out by the garage that rotates my tires and they said the leaf springs were making this noise because they looked shot from towing too much is what they told me...

I'm officially confused. First, they were stiff and squeaking, now they're loose and squeaking? Bounce is controlled by the shocks. If you're getting bounce with the new shocks, there is something wrong there.

The only rear squeaking I get is from a good Mexican dinner

If the rear is bouncing then it could be bad shocks, warped rear rotors or maybe you just need to put two 80# bags of concrete in the bed and over the axle.

If I found other leaf springs what years would work? 02-06 1500s? And what about from a 2500? Would any of those work?

I would recommend using the WD-40 to chase down the squeak and then graphite it once I found the problem. I don't really buy into worn out springs as often as is suggested on this forum.

Yeah it rattles in the back though now as well. I took it in to a shop already because I thought my bed was loose which was causing the rattling, but they said it was my leaf springs making all the noise...

Leaf springs do squeak rattle when worn out. I just changed mine out last week with ones from the scrapyard 100 bucks a side. Make sure you have tall jacks if your doing the work yourself you want your truck to be as high off the ground as possible so your axle can go as low as possible found that out after installing the first side.
