does a 2005 1500 have a BCM??

 

Just about every vehicle since the late 90's/early 00's has a BCM. It's usually tied in with the fuse panel.

 

I replaced the computer in my truck and the A/C blows warm air but the compressor runs all the time. and the power locks work sometimes would the BCM if the dodge place didn't program the BCM to accept the new ECM would this have something to do with it?

 

The BCM shouldn't affect the A/C if your fan works and the compressor cycles. Door locks are tied into the BCM, so there may be an issue there. Basic chemical/physical reactions, compressor cycles, sends refrigerant, refr. cools coils, air blows across cooled coils, cool air into cabin. If that isn't happening, then you have a breakdown in you A/C system somewhere.

 

Check and make sure the AC condenser fan is running when you haver the AC on.
