ive decided to give an e fan a try but where should i get one i know some guys say get one from a taurus i think but is this one good?

thats a condenser fan...not what you want....you need a 3.8l ford taurus fan or better....

 

You really need to scrutinize e-fan quality when shopping around. You want to make sure you are going to install a fan that has a high enough cfm output to sufficiently cool down your motor.
90-95 3.8L 2spd Taurus fans are what most guys get. You can also go with a early Mark VII fan as well. Same as the Taurus but 2" larger in diameter. You can get a Fan from a junkyard, but a few guys have already expressed their dissapointments when they begin to overheat and the 15yr old fan craps out.
I do have a brand New Taurus fan if interested. I'm gonna snap some more pics and list it this evening.
You'll need a temp control module and HD relay to support the current that the taurus fan soaks up. Most guys get a 180* t-stat to compliment the e-fan mod.
