CV halfshaft replacement
Hello Guys
I was looking on the other threads about this job and I cannot find the answer for my question. I did replace the halfshafts already but the problem is right now when I drive on highway my truck feels like it "bouncing". The steering wheel is okay,no shaking can't feel nothing on it. Do you think that I need to do the balance and alignment? Oh I forgot to mention that during replacement I have damaged the boots from tie rod ends so I replaced the tie rod ends on both sides.
Other question is that I have lost the ring that holds the halfshaft so I installed it without the ring (some people from this forum did it too and have not find any problems afterward). Should I buy the ring and install it?
