Can a custom tuner person change the torque management % on a 2004 hemi ram? I know about the line booster and shift kit as options.

 

Superchips 3865 or 3950 can do it if you buy the advanced tuning option ($40).

Diablo cannot adjust TM, but the canned tunes reduce it. I believe that CMR tuners can adjust it through custom tuning on 04s, I know they can on 05s.

 

Yep, I'm running at 20% (or an 80% reduction) with my SC3865. BIG Difference...

IDK about that Jay, CMR tuning can get into much more than SC can.
