Unhappy truck making noises. please help!!!!

i drive a 2005 dodge ram 1500 4x4 and at slow speeeds or at a stop it makes a sqeeking kind of noise when i turn the wheel. its not loud but its not super quiet. what could be the problem. i looked at my power steering and it needs a little fluid so im gonna add some in the next day or so. what do yall think it could/would be besides that? and also after i turn my truck truck off there is a noticable tink kinda or like liquid hitting metal kind of noise every few seconds but gets less frequent as the motor cools down and i dont know where its coming from or why its doing it?? what do you think that could be?? and also every niow and then when i am stopped my truck makes a kind of sqeek or sqeel noise while its running. but i dont think its the belt but idk. its not super loud but it aint quiet. any ideas on what that could be? please. any help on these will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I would start by getting some WD40 or PB Blaster and spraying the front end components a little at a time and see if the noise goes away. Of maybe you can put a floor jack under the front cross member (of use jacks under the both frame rails) and lift the entire front end off the ground and start the truck and let someone else turn the wheel back and forth while you listen.
