Default Never ending problems

Well just because its MY truck thinks break one after the other. After spending a bunch of cash on a rear end, now my front end has a knock. I am thinking its the lower ball joint since the boot is ripped or a wheel bearing but I can't figure it out. I jacked up the truck and I can't get re-make the noise by shacking the wheel. Its only over small bumps such as cracks in the road. Its not my shock, nor my tie rod ends. How hard is it to change a lower ball joint or a wheel bearing? I am NOT paying someone to do this job.

cranked torsion bars and longer shocks but the knock is only on the driver side, my only options are a bad wheel bearing, upper/lower ball joints, or cv axle. I actually just squirted a bunch of grease into the cracks of the lower ball joint boot. If it quiets it down i'll know that its is the lower ball joint. I really don't have the $$ to start replacing stuff so I have to hunt it down and replace it, one at a time. In a perfect world I would just replace it all but I can't do it right now.

Would I feel it in the steering wheel? If I shake the steering wheel i can't feel it. I can only feel it when hitting small bumps and only through my feet.
