Default E-Fan DIY?

Is there THAT big of a difference in regards to performance with the E-Fan Mod? I have been thinking about doing it. I have a radiator & A/c distribution business and get the stuff cheap enough anyways so why not?

Now my question is do any of you have a DIY to help with the process? Looks like the Ford Taurus fan is what you all recommend...but as far as eliminating the fan clutch and what not is where I would like to have some direction as I have never had to attempt this mod. Seems simple enough though.

Thanks guys!

I understand you can get a 1-2 mpg increase. I'm doing it myself in a few weeks.

It is simple to do and everyone loves to do it. Last week i thought my fan motor was going out but ended up it was my controller. Thankfully it was under warranty so they replaced it with no Qs asked. So keep your clutch fan around and just store it somewhere just in case you ever need it.

I should have checked the FAQ as it is one of the more common questions I come across. Duh! Can't hate on an increase in MPG's and HP! Thank you guys
