Hey, I have a 04 dodge ram radio not working. No sound. lights up. It's the infinity version. Steering wheel radio controls the issue? Any ideas?

could be a bad amp. Could be a bad wire or no power from the radio to turn on the amp. Steering wheel remote controls are not going to stop it from playing.
