Hello,
I have a 04 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 4wd. I have a buddy who has a brake package of rotors, calipers and brake pads for the front and back. His is from an 07. My question is will the parts be compatible? I called the dealership and the parts dept. told me the numbers changed in 05 but he did not know if it was a minor number change or if the parts would not fit. Anybody have a clue? The parts are cheap but I don't want to buy them from him and not be able to use them. Any guidence would be appreciated. Thanks

 

They changed the front suspension design for 2006, I'd say download the parts manuals and start comparing.
