I bought some bathtub head cushions and they suction to the window that seem to work good enough.

you can install headrests immediately with a modification to install monitors for rear passengers like this one

My vote is for Awk4ness. Screens on the rear seats should be nice on long drives for passengers sitting in the bed. Maybe some all weather speakers for sound too.
