I have 20" wheels on my 2007 Ram 1500. I am looking at putting on a smaller wheel. Will 16" wheels fit on my truck. I am worried they will not clear the calipers.

No. 17" is the smallest that you can go in order to clear the calipers.

Find someone with some 17s and you can likely trade off those 20s for them also
