Maybe this will help on the p0174 code.

https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...d-goes-to.html

And since this is technical we can put it in the main forum.

If you consider everything is working correctly, then idling issue's can be caused by your T/B a/f ratio being at it's threshold either too high or too low.So, the down surge is trying to reduce airflow and up surge is trying to correct airflow. It's a re-occuring cycle. This is why I asked if you could increase your idle with your tuner, but since you cannot with superchips...I dunno man?? I can send you my T/B because it has more airflow thaan stock. I just don't know if it'll work for you???
My truck was surging with the T/B because of too much airflow. Maybe you don't have enough?
Does the truck run smooth when you give it gas and are steady with the pedal or does the engine skip and sputter?

You never mentioned the wrench arching from the starter to the header, and the heated up wires caused by it glowing red bullet... need to give all the facts here. Also, the same cam/header/tuner is in teach's truck and is running really rich, while bullets is running really lean...

He was taking his truck to the shop today to get the exhaust finished up before going further into diagnosis. Form there, I'm sure he'll update us.
