2007 auto to manual swap...
The problems I've heard about with guys trying to do this have nothing to do with getting the manual tranny in, it's with the PCM afterwards. The stock PCM sees no transmission and puts the engine in limp mode right away.
Ain't like it used to be in the old days, when you could just swap parts on a whim. These things are now one big computer with a gajillion sensors...

x2. Good luck with the tuning. One guy on another forum was working on swapping in a t56 but gave up. His costs got up to around 4k or so. You'd need the stand alone tranny controller from TCI or whatever it is and even then idk if it'd work
Yeah i've looked into this swap as i love my manuals, but 99.9% of the time it will make more sense financially to just find yourself a 2500 with the g56 and hemi and sell your current rig. The G56's i found when shopping around came up to around $4-5k if you wanted a new one. Not to mention all the extra parts and pcm/tcm issues you'll run into. One could easily spend $6k+ trying to do the swap.
