Default need help swollen spark plug stuck

I have a swollen NGK spark plug stuck in the #6 cylnder of my 05 4.7 Ram. Can't get a wrench on it. How do I get it out? What is the cause of this problem?

never seen (or heard) of that before. I can picture it and it sounds like you might have to break off the tip (ceramic) to get a socket over the hex. Use penetrating oil on it first just to make sure you can break it loose. I mean ... yeah, post pics.

Are you sure the boot didn't tear off and stick on the plug?

If you do break anything off...vacuum out the hole before you remove the plug.
