any difference when braking? can you tell if it feels like its from the front or back?

obviously our best guess would be outta balance tires but did they think they were balanced well any of the three times?

Isn't your level. The 06-08's show trouble with anything more than 2.5 inches of level I thought. Maybe I am off on that. tell me if I am wrong.

I had the same problem for about 2 weeks right after i rotated my tires. Right at the same mph point (60-65) it would shake like hell. Went away after i put some miles on the again, i figured it was because the tires were cupped and worn differently, whatever it was it doesn't do it anymore, maybe it will again when i do another tire rotation, we will see

When they are balancing your tires, are they ROAD FORCE balancing them?

On these larger sized tires, especially ones with higher load ranges, I don't think balancing them is worth a flip unless they are road force balancing them...
