can only wait five years down the road and replace it with one from a wrecker, but woundering if this is a querk, I have to rad's, main one and a 2nd one with a electric fan, part of the optional tow package, the main fad shourd has cracked near the top of the rad, right hand side. (looking into the engine bay )

If it's the Black plastic, just cut a piece of thin alloy tin to cover the cracked area, clamp it underneath, then drill/install 2 to 3 pop-rivets on each side running along the crack and that should stop further cracking and give it rigidity and all you'll see from the top is the Rivets which you can dab with black paint if you like.

 

I understand what the OP is saying but like Marx, Im confused on what it is he wants to know. He didnt exactly ask a question.

 

Are Fan shrounds cracking on the hemi a every day item?, I'm not worried abought how to fix it, thiers not enough plastic gone yet to pop rivet in a replacment panel.

Tiers a lip that fits over the rad, that section has cracked away, some time down the road, when hemis are a dime a dozen in the bone yard, I will replace it.
