Okay well first of all they are Federal tires, supposedly just a Toyo MT clone

and naw it dont make the noise unless its moving

UPDATE: i decided to go see how the new interstate was looking, drove down a planed and filled road but no gravel...got down about 1/4 mile and saw a little water but just on the sides....my truck started bogging down and i tried to back out...no go...long story short my clean truck is muddy as hell and I DIDNT get stuck thanks to my new tires but the noise is gone....knock on wood

How the EFF does almost getting stuck make it go away? I dont know, but i hope its gone. thanks guys
