Default Popping Noise in 2005 Dodge Ram 4x4

I recently had my truck in for service at an authorized dodge dealer complaining of a rattle underneath the carriage. They couldn't find
anything but said they tightened up a few areas.

Now my truck has a popping noise when I drive and especially when the engine
is turned off and it is cooling down. The dealer says it is the exhaust cooling down and thats normal, but we never had this popping before.

Anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Thats true the exhaust pipes will slight pop kinda but it sounds more like "tink....tink....tink...." as they cool and then hot metal shrinks from cooling down from a hot state.

Whether thats your issue or not IDK but exhaust will do that.

Welcome BTW
