Factory steps bars? Need some help

I have a set a bought from a guy for 25 bucks. Now I dont see how the heck they mount. Do they mount to the body or what?

They way mine mount is through the body mounts. Did they come with any hardware or additional brackets? Mine needed longer screws to go through the bar mounts and inthe the body mounts. Also I had braces with mine

The OE tubular step bars mount through exisiting holes in the frame using bolts and square metal blocks.
