Arrow Whats the difference in the 2wd 6" lifts? +MOAR QUESTIONS YAY

Rough Country

Fabtech

Whats the difference other than $600 and the pretty blue?

is the fabtech bigger? it looks a little taller in the pics.

Right now my setup is 3" spindles, 3" coils, 3" bl, 2" blocks. well i want to be bigger.. im guessing a 6" with a daystar kit and a little bigger block would do that for me.. Right? But im not sure which one to go with. Anyone have problems with either?

Also, if you have one for sale, LMK

and anyone know about shock hoops?

TIA

IDK about the Fabtech but I do know about the RC as I have it on mine. The pieces are very heavy. Plus it comes with the longer sway bar links. I also have the Nitrogen filled shocks.

The fab is like $600 more, and it seems to be close to the same kit. ive heard good and bad about both companies, but it seems more guys with rams have got the RC kits. The only thing thats got me puzzled is the pics in the ads. The Fabtech ram looks a lot higher than the RC one. :hmm:

While your here, by any chance do you know what your fenders are at with your current setup?

yea ill probably be getting a 6in in the spring....im kinda intrigued into your questions also, whats the difference?

Mine is sitting at 45in with a 2.5level, 3in body, and 35s so a 6in would help out a bit if I could keep the level

The Fabtech kit is also very heavy duty. And they are not blue, they all come powdercoated black.
Here's a pic of a few of the components off of my lift (that's for sale)

I have the RC 6" on my truck as well. The pieces are very heavy and well built. When the shop that install them saw the pieces they were very impressed with the quality. I believe RC is still running a sale for like $100 off right now. I would definately recommend the kit. I am running 35x12.5x17 BFG Mud Terrains on it and I get slight rub at full lock. I am a 2002 QC SB
