I have an 07 mega cab 4x4, 96,000 miles and have similar sounds, clunking mostly. I have gone through 5 mechanics, and we have finally discovered, all front ball joints bad, bad outer tie rod and both wheel bearings are starting to go bad. hope this is helpful.
