Smile Another Lift Question

Hey Guys, As some of you know, My truck was totaled last week. I am looking to buy a new truck, and have found one I like. It is a 2002 Dodge Ram 4x4 Quad Cab Short bed/Red. I am going to be throwing my Trail Grapplers from the other truck on and a few other parts. The big question comes from this. I am going to be using my insurance money plus trading in my trans am, which means I will have left over insurance money. With the other truck I could never afford a lift kit, now I can. I am thinking about doing the 4 inch suspension + 3 inch body lift. Does anyone have any pictures of this set up on a similar truck? Also would 33 inch tires look way to small with this setup, and is the suspension lift difficult to install?

Thanks!

Or should I just stick with a 4 inch suspension lift?

For that price of the 4" susp and 3" BL, why not just get the CST 7" susp lift?

33's would be way too small. You would want 35's.

You don't need 7 inches of lift. You'd want 37s with that and that's too much for an IFS truck, ESPECIALLY an 8 year old one. You'd be replacing worn front end components constantly and I'd not mess with a suspension/body lift combo unless I was going to go to 37" tires or larger.

A four inch suspension lift looks pretty good with 33's (I have a couple of pics of my truck after I installed my 4" lift with my old 33s while I was waiting for my 35s to arrive, I'll post up when I get home on my desktop). There is also good room for travel for 35" tires with a 4" lift.

35s look great on either 4" or 6" of lift, but 33s on 6" looks real puny, IMO...
