Default Ipod connection

Just arrived home from buyin a 08 Ram 1500 Hemi. Very happy!! Just wandering why there is no Ipod jack on my stereo? 6 disc radio?? What does a guy have to do to add something to it?? Or do I have to change the stereo??

I've read online that Mopar’s iPod Integration Kit would be your best choice.
Let me know where you find one for a decent price!

I've got an FM modulator that powers off the lighter plug and has one of those metal bending arm thingies. It cost me about a benji, and works great- I don't need it anymore and will sell it to you for $25. PM me if you're interested.

lol thats crazy it didnt come with all that..
just add a new head unit it will help the stock speakers sound clearer and louder. or u can get the fm transmitter, I personally dont like the sound quality of them but ok for a last resort..

The more I think about it the more I kind of want to change the unit.. That way I can add bluetooth as well.. Kind of crazy, this truck is loaded with leather, moonroof, powerback window. Buts its a SLT so thats why its missing these opions..

IMO, pull out the OEM head unit, sell it and buy after market and get all the options, better sounds and better looks.
