Default Fan only blowing hot...

So today my fan started only blowing hot air. At random points on the **** I can get it to blow cool air but majority of it just blows hot air.

I'm thinking the unit in the dash itself? I though thermostat but my Thermostat Gauge in my dash doesn't fluctuate at all like it normally would with a bad thermostat.

Or possibly heater core?

Any help is appreciated.

Heaters produce hot air. I don't understand the problem. The engine temp gauge has nothing to do with heater output (once the motor warms up).

Sorry...by heater I meant fan. It's been a long day.

If a thermostat is bad it will sometimes affect the heat output of your fan/heater. A bad thermostat is sometimes reflected with an engine temp gauge fluctuating to one extreme or the other.
