Default Poor engine performance help

Not sure what's going on.

Recently my 2007 1500 4.7L has been running oddly. While accelerating steadily (not heavy) the engine and power kind of cut out for a sec then pic back up then cut out again while coming up to speed 50-60 ish MPH. I have already replaced all of my spark plugs and used some fuel injector cleaner fuel additive. Could it be a vacuum leak? It idles normally no other indications that there is something wrong. Any help is appreciated before I break down and take it to the dealership.

A vacuum leak would probably throw a code. Have you cleaned the throttle body?

Not sure what the PCV replacement interval is. Us Hemi owners clean ours a few times since they're kinda pricey. A Sea Foam treatment might help, too.

Don't take it to the stealership. Not yet anyway. Though, I guess it is still under warranty @ 30k miles...

Get a vacuum gauge and check it, the pressure should be steady at idle and roughly 17 to 22 in Hg. You can check it at the brake booster.

Here are some pages for reading the gauge.
