I have an 04 Dodge 1500. It has awd. last night we had our first real bad snow storm so I thought id put it in 4hi. When I switched it, the service 4wd drive light came on and now its stays one even when I put it back into awd. I'm not sure if this is something I should worry about seeing how it's awd. What do you guys think?

 

yea you probly should. and if you put in 4hi then turn the truck off and swith it back to awd or whatever while the trucks off an then start the truck back while its in awd or whatever and the light should go out. you might could re engage the 4x4 and it work fine you might have just slipped in out but if you do and it dont then get it looked at.
