I have read several threads that refer to an "overhead". I suspect it is a reference to an instrument cluster.

I suspect mine had one at one time as there are three screw holes in the head liner.

What instruments came from the factory in the overhead?

Can you buy OEM replacents? Where?

Yeah, if you have screw holes then I would think you used to have one. I wonder what happened to it? Anyway, Ive never gotten into the ones that will interchange. There are a few thread on guys who have added them to their trucks so maybe they can help

 

Can you tell if the wire harness is still there?

That sucks.....wonder what you'd do with one of those elsewhere??? (ie another vehice? I doubt it would all be the same? who knows)

Anyway, it has th outside temp, average MPG, DTE (Distance to empty), a general timer so you can time a trip and I think one more? Maybe, I dunno I usually don't scroll through mine, only the mpg every once in a blue moon

 

If you are going to get one, you might as well hold out and find one with EVIC as it is top of the line of the OHD consoles.
