Default No hot air!!

Heater blowing cool air through floor and dash. According to, "Heater Treater", I have a blend door issue. The bd is inside the dash, just left of the glove box area. HT has a better quality metal door for a little over one hundred bucks.

That's probably it, it's a common problem with our trucks. I know it's coming soon for me but I'm gonna stall and just the ***** alone for now lol

Well I took the dash apart only to find the blend door functioning properly. Put the dash back together and did a radiator flush by pouring the Prestone flush in and driving around for the day. Then I took the 2 hoses off at the firewall and blew out the core with air. From that point I ran water through the system. The fluid was filthy!! Repalced with 50/50 antifreeze and distilled water. Results are, run you out heat even on low setting!!

So did that solve your problem?

If it didn't try the dash module. I had a similar problem and picked up a new control unit from a scrap yard and it solved my problem.
