Default headlights problem

Hello, i new to this forum, i got a 2007 Dodge 2500 HD

here is the problem, here in Canada we have day time running lights wich stay on whenever ur car is in drive...... my day time running lights work fine but my low beams don't work at all but my high beams work very well, but when i have my day time running lights on my turn singlels dim out, but when i do have my high beams on that dont...

any ideas what it could be, maybe the switch??

Not sure of the cause but could be related to the device controlling the daytime lights (the headlight turns off when the relevant turn signal is on) I think this is all built into the brain though, there are no normal looking relays and control boxes in mine.

Maybe check the ground for the PCM and fuse box.
