Ive been running my truck with the mds disabled for about 3 months now and I really havent seen any drop in mpg compared to when it was on. Wanted to get some imput from others that have disabled or kept it enabled with a diablosport tuner, im running the 91 octane preset tune right now.

 

Had mine disabled now for over a month and still getting same MPG. Although mine is mostly city driving,might notice it more on the highway.

 

The MDS really only helped on mine when i did a long trip from WI to NC and I was mostly on freeway with cruise set at 65-70. Other than that on daily driving it's useless for me.
