What's a good paintable tonneau cover that's easy to remove and locks?
I was originally looking at the Rollnlock until I found out that they couldn't ensure that my bed wouldn't get wet. I love the look of the Rams with the painted tonneaus, but I need one that I can easily remove myself I put back on by myself if needed. The cover will be on most of the time, but if I need to move something at my house, I want to take it off and put it back on without a lot of hassels. Any suggestions?
P.S. I need one that locks.

Take a look at the "factory" one or other suitable hard tonneau. Most are manageable, but are extremely bulky.
I understand that you only want a 1 person job. Many people with camper shells devise a system in thier garage with rope and a pully system. They will undo one portion, say the rear. They will then slip the rope under it and with the front loose, bring it up about 1 inch off the truck. Then they go to the front and slip the rope under the front portion and raise it up 2 inches. Then they level it out in the back by raising it another 1 inch for 2 inches total front and back and drive off. It takes a little longer but it is a one person job. When they need it again they back up in the garage and put it back on. It doesn't have to be precise when they go to reattach it since the rope suspension will allow it to swing to either side for fitment.
Just an idea.

I have a LEER on my 2002 QC it fits well, but it takes to people to remove it. To remove it all you have to do is unbolt it and lift off.

my dad just bought a ASTRO platinum for ours, it removes with 2 handles and a few pins, and goes OVER the tailgate then wraps down to theres no way the tasilgate is going down without a seriously big prybar, and it locks. supposed to stay 90+% dry and painted to match the truck.
I've got the Truxedo vinyl soft cover. It rolls up, and is very good quality. I don't know if you're looking for a hard cover or not. I just wanted something easy to roll back when I needed the bed. I painted mine, just go to an automotive paint store and get some vinyl paint (not cheap--about $79 a quart) to match your color, then just spray it on. Instant match. It has an inside release, so I also got a tailgate lock, so the whole thing is reasonably secure.
