Since we have not seen a picture of the 2006 seats, does anyone know what this means? Are they talking about two sperate seats with a center council like the titan and upgraded F150?

Don't know, don't care. 
On a more serious note, I'd not expect too much. If I were interested in upgraded seats I'd spend the money and get Recaros and be done with it. Aftermarket will be superior to factory truck seats (and most others) every time.
