Unfortunatly no, if you look at the recent posts in this forum there is a whole recent post about draw backs to leveling the 2wd, I'm in the same boat. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Ask weed, I'm sure he will chime in by tonight, but he has seen a few lifts on his truck and I'm sure he's had or atleast seen that one.

The trucks that came with factory 20" wheels had 32" tires stock so most people that level or lift these trucks are so they can fit 35s or larger. If you put a 3" lift I would say go with 35s

the factory tires on a 20 are 33in tall, so there would not be a difference. Whether you put a lift on or not, you can fit the tires

There have been a few guys put 3in spacers on 02-05 trucks but I wouldnt trust doing one that tall. You should be safe with a 2.5in level but your best bet is to buy 3in RC coils (which dont end up lifting that much). People have reported a better ride with the coils versus spacers

Any time you want to lift and level, the best way to go the first time around is with lift spindles. That way the suspension geometry will stay the same. As for pics of lifted trucks, we have many threads on here about them and tons of pics. But searching is key. I have pics of my own in my gallery link in my signature

Ive been trying to take Weeds advice and check into the lift spindles but everything Im looking at says they also require the adjustable upper control arm which is another 300 on top of the 300 for the spindles. Hell for that price could just spend a few hundred more and get a whole lift system. Id realy like to acheve the look that Matt has going on(cause theres no way I can aford to do what Weeds done), but I cant aford to drop a grand or more on a lift. On my 08 could I not just get 2in leveling kit and maybe a 3in body lift, since its a 2wd and will rarely ever be going off road, and drop some 35s under there???
