Hello I recently purchased a 2008 ram from a local dealer. The truck is running fine, no check engine light, shifts into drive and park fine. Recently I noticed when I am driving slower, cruising through town my truck seems to either go into the wrong gear or slipping. In first gear, it shifts at normal RPM, not to low or high, but I can feel that when it gets into the next gear rpm range is too low. Usually before it shifts into the next gear it feels like its going back into second then into third. I am quite new to trucks so I cannot really explain this clearly, but it is worrying me a little, I don't think this is normal, and I do have a warranty on it. It has 32,000 miles and 4x4.

 

If you recently bought it and it is an 08 with 32k on it, i would STOP putting miles on it and be taking it back to the dealership
