I got a guy that wants to buy my takeoff steel chrome clad wheels from my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500. He has a 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with some cheesy painted wheels. Are they a perfect fit to his truck? Just making sure Dodge hasn't done anything funny on the new style HD trucks or wheels like change hub size or offset. Both trucks have 17" wheels.

Oh yeah, what about TPMS? I plan on keeping my 2008's and he is going to use is factory 2011 ones. I assume they will mount up to the 2008 rims?

 

best thing you can do is have him come over and you can look at both trucks or vise versa to my knowlege they havnt changed anything

 

That's what I wish I could do lol. He just happens to be in town with rental car and his truck is about 4 hours away. I am pretty sure they will fit, just looking for a definite answer.

 

go on a tire/wheel site and punch in both trucks, that will at least give you the bolt pattern

 

I know the bolt pattern hasn't changed. I went to American Racing last night and they spec the exact same model numbers for their wheels on 2008 and 2010 so they should be a good swap. I will post back on here if the guy gets them home and they don't fit.

 

yes the rims will fit the same. as for the TPM sensors i would swap them just in case
