Default recent 0-60 time trial

This was done on my Diablo Trinity this morning while is was 30* outside. Because my truck changes so much and my sig changes i will list my mods below. Ive almost got my tuning done. I need one more and maybe a second more finely dialed in tune after that. Once that is done i will hop on the dyno and hopefully get off with a smile.

04 5.7
custom CAI
Power wire
Sonnax trans wire
KRC 210 in 112 LSA
90mm TB
Pacesetter LTs/no cats - 0-60 done with cutouts closed
456 Motive gears and Auburn LSD
Custom CMR Diablo tuned by Doltin at WPE (old KRC) Engineering
Diablo Trinity with Innovate LC-1 wideband

So Im sure i could be a lot faster if i didnt have heavy 24" rims and heavy 36" tires. Im sure the 12" of lift doesnt help either. Of course being a QC weighing in a 5880 on less than a 1/4 tank of fuel doesnt help. When I did this run this morning I had a full tank and my tank is 34 gallons. So at 34 gals times 7.1lbs, thats another 240 +/- in lbs.

So anyway, I justed wanted to let everyone know where big baby was at right now being several had asked recently over the last few weeks.

Picture was taken on my Droid X by the way with zero light as it was 6am this morning when i came to work

That's quite the cooking lesson.
I'm impressed - astounding for a vehicle of that size.

Imagine if I was a RC with the same setup but dropped, aluminum rims and 28" tires.

Those are some rocking times.

How much improvement compared to this time last year?

Weed, your hard work and attention to detail shows what a big truck is capable of doing. Well done. Now it's time to drop it and reap the benefits of being lowered. Also, don't forget the air is denser when you are not so high......

Nice Accomplishment. I decided theres no reason to make my truck go that fast. IM happy with it having the power it needs to use it for what i want (occasional heavy towing, daily driving, and of course some burnouts) But, then again i do wish it was doing 6.1 in the 1/4 so i could show up all of these "ricers" around town. (i smoke all those honda guys) but some of those v6 nissans have some guts.

I agree. It takes a lot of money invested and wasted to go that fast and Im still slow compared to others. I think all the time about how much money Ive blown but when i get in and drive it i forget all about it

THX. More to come though. Still have to find the time to finish my center console and B&M QuickSilver ratcheting floor shifter.
