I 'll type yhe info instead easir to read then from a photo.

Check codes.P0743, P1765, P1682, P1495, P0753. All codes are 12v supply/rely codes or charging system volts low. Found TSB for concern-checked for shorted 12v feed wire. Checked for shorted on WT/BL at ALT shorted to ground with PCM disconnected. Traced to shorted WT/BL wire at LDP harness. Repaired wire. Checked for short again. Ok now. Charging system still inop. No 12v driver in PCM failed. Needs new PCM.
WT/BL wire shorted to ground caused PCM 12v driver to fail. Located short on WT/BL wire at LDP harness. REpaired wire. Short caused 12v driver to fail in PCM. Needs new PCM.

Alot of typing but if I can help someone whos have the same problem it was well worth it.

So in short....A short in an LDP wire caused PCM failure which in turn cause charging problems. That's retarded and there are better ways to protect against stuff like that! Poor design by Chrysler just to save a buck.

The only thing in common I can find is they are located close to one another on the same plug to the PCM. IDK
