Not sure in an '07 but my '04 has both a relay for the fog lights and a 15a fuse, which are both clearly marked on the inside of the fuse box lid. I think the fuse is for the switch.

I looked in the owners manual and on the lid for the fusebox and neither had a label for a fuse and i see no relays ... Now im pretty mechanically inclined and figured there would be both a fuse and relay but im stumped...

Have someone turn the fog lights on and off and have your head under the hood and see if you hear any clicks. There would almost have to be a relay for the fog lights.

On the '06+ trucks there is also a bunch of fuse boxes on the side of your dash, drivers side. You need to have your door open just to see it. I wasn't thinking about it when you first posted because everything is under the hood on my '04...

There should be a relay under the hood.... Same relay as your starter relay. Swap the two and see if your foglights work or if your vehicle starts...if your fog lights work and ur starter doesnt .. your relay is bad.

There is no relay on '06+ for the fogs. It's all done by the Tipm. Digitally switched relays via IC chips.

No wonder you guys can't run fogs with high beams... sometimes new technology just sucks...

So lights are fixed..... The plug from the truck to the harness that splits to the lights was totally FRIED. I guess dodge doesn't have very good waterproofing skills. That plug @%&t the bed.... Thanks for the help guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
