Default Cat or 02 sensors

Hi new to the forums and I have a quick question. The other day my CEL came on and when I checked the codes there were 2 of them 0420 and 0430 I've only owned the truck a couple of weeks so I'm not 100% on any mods that were done. Question I have is based on the codes it's say bank1 and bank2 o2's aren't getting the proper info, I would think that it would be odd for both 02's to go at once so I'm thinking it's the cat could also be I'm way off.
I appreciate the help.
Should mention the truck is an 07 Ram hemi, with 92000 km's

Thats a pre cat code so I would think either exhaust leak or bad O2. Check the exh manifold bolts on each side of the block and also the two bolts where the manifolds meet the pipes

Yep, bad cat shouldn't cause a pre-cat O2 to go off and I'd agree that both shouldn't fail at the same time, so I'd be looking for a leak anywhere from the intake manifold right back to that sensor...
