as everyone has said, I would do a compression check and a proper spark check before tearing into the motor. It may save you some time.

the engine is making the same sound as it always does, when you turn it over theres no metal on metal sound or knocking or nothing. its just not firing up an starting... if you let it sit for 12 hours or so it will it will try to start and backfire slightly then after that its a no go just turns over. another thing ive just seen is when you turn the key over to where it will read ur battery an gas an oil pressure my oil pressure gauge doesnt read.. could this be the problem??

sounds like timing chain to me..... it shoulda atleast backfired on starting fluid that stuff is way flammable... yea get yourself a compression gauge and run compression on one cylinder that get ya started.. no compression, check another no compression there most likely timing chain.. if you got compression on the first checked cylinder then you have other problems. remove plug, install gauge crank engine over 5-8 secs, read gauge on a good engine should be above 100psi. that should get you started.. If you pull off the oile cap can you see the cam or cam gear? if so you can have someone crank it while you watch for movement...Wait a sec hook your scanner up and read cam shaft sensor rpms that'll tell you all....

Could be a bad ASD Relay (low vlotage to coils). You need to recheck spark (with a tester) and also run a compression test.

well i checked my spark an it was good, i got my front end of my motor tore down an my valve covers off, i put my cranckshaft pulley at tdc an my left secondary timing chain was where it should be. the mark was at the twelve oclock spot but the right secondary was way off at like the four oclock spot. so my next ? is do i need to replace all three timing chains or just the one that is messed up?

it jumped timing, you need to do a cylinder leakage test to make sure you didnt bend any valves first. then i would replace all chains and tensioners and guides. it jumped for a reason... you dont need a kit just take you compression tester, unscrew the core from the threaded side. thread into cylinder head, try to make sure both valves are closed, if you can see them, hook up to an air compressor..listen for air leaks... watch your fingers the engine may turn a little bit. alota times these chryslers take out the intake valves, let us know what you find...
