If you are getting spark and you put raw fuel in the TB something should happen, even if it is backfiring or sputtering . Double check everything you did. Check spark and fuel again.

Usually when something like this happens to me it is something I did.

The mechanic i took it to said he doesnt know wats wrong with it. but told me if i wanted i could leave it with him an he would mess around with it. Well im not goin to pay somebody fifty bucks an hour to mess with my truck just to see if they can find the problem so now its at home an in the middle of teared the front of my motor down to see if its the timing chain.. Hopefully it is

I would run a compression check before you rip into the motor.
Also how did you check for spark ? Did you use a spark tester ? As you could have a weak spark that will look ok if you check by just holding the wire close to a ground but will not jump the gap under compression. This is why you need a proper spark tester that will "load" the ingintion system just like it is under compression.

One like this one for $10

no i didnt use a spark tester, nor have a checked the compression. One thing i have forgotten to add if it sits for a while like half a day or so it will try to start but you only get that sound thru ur exahaust for like 3-5 seconds.. this whole thing has got me baffled

It will tell you if the valve timing is close enough to start the engine. You said your Tech did a cranking Amp check this is also another methood to check compression and you said it was good. And you should have a DTC code if the CAM and Crank are out of phase thats why I think you may be going in the wrong direction and I sugest you get a spark tester and check it again.

You need to explain this sound in more detail. Is it the sound of just air or is it a normal exhaust sound ?
