Default 2004 1500 A.C. problem

ac and heater will not blow at all. i replaced the blower motor resistor, checked the fuses, and tested the power to the blower motor. i also hooked up the blower motor to an outside power source and it did spin, although very very slowly. when plugged in, the blower motor is getting power. any ideas?

could it be the blower motor though? a friend of mine said a few of the coils could be burned or something because he said it should spin full speed if i connect it to a 12v source. just trying to save myself from buying all sorts of stuff before i track down the problem
