I have a 03 ram 1500 2wd. I have a kit that goes in between the coil springs. The question I have is, I don't have a spring compressor and I was planning on just taking off the 2 bolts that hold on the lower control arm and lowering it just enough to get the spacers in between the springs. Will this work or is there a easier way?

NO! Do that and you wont get it all back together. Either go rent a compressor or go buy one.

I need to put the kit in between the springs. So do I just take the springs all the way out then put the pieces in?

Neither, you are getting the wrong type of spacer. Look at some Daystar spacers and see how they go in. Dont use the ones that go in between the coils.
