Default right rear seal?!

I think I am leaking gear oil out of my right rear seal. I am wondering how I would change that and if it is to hard??

You need to take the diff cover off which means draining the gear oil. Then you need to take everything off the right side...including your caliper, rotor, e-brake assembly, and then you need to unbolt your axle by removing the pin and c-clips out of the carrier that is located inside the differential. This allows the right rear axle to be slid completely out of the axle housing just so you can replace one lousy axle seal. I'd reccomending doing both sides if your going to go through with it. Dirty fluid and crud covered axles usually provide leaking seals so it wouldn't be long before the other went out.
Gotta becareful pulling out those axle shafts as to not score the bearing surfaces!
You gotta also clean the axles where they ride on the seals with some emery paper prior to install.
I'd say it's an all day job for the beginner and a 3-4hour job for a pro.
