It's *probably* the UCA hitting the spring bucket, which usually isn't a problem on 02-05. Look and see it there is metal on metal contact on the spring bucket

I am trying to tune my 04 Ram 5.7L Magnum Hemi engine. Im a little iffy about some of the tune options. It gives me 3 options to tune. Fuel octane, tire speed, and rev limiter. I have the 93 octane tuned, the 160mph tire speed, and want to know the best option to set the rev limiter. It gives me -numbers and +numbers. I tried to s et the +500 rev but it gave me an error message. i read somewhere else I should leave rev limiter to +300, for this will shift my gears at 3,000 rpms?

No but if you dont run a full and open CAI to get the air in, along with the bigger TB for it to pass through and the full and open exhaust to get the exh (air) out then there really isnt a point IMO.
